Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

AUBURN HILLS premier wholesale kitchen appliance company is currently hiring an experienced full time customer service representative to join our team. This position is a support to our outside sales force working with an established customer base. Perfect position for a person that loves customer order logistics. Position involves usage of multiple custom software applications. No cold calling! Non-commission. Team Bonuses. Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm Benefits available based on eligibility include health, dental, vision, 401k with match, vacation and holiday pay.

GENERAL PURPOSE: The primary focus of this position is to manage incoming customer orders, facilitate order fulfillment and maintain accounts.


ORDER MANAGEMENT Review customer daily orders for program pricing and product allocation. Process inter-warehouse transfers. Determine freight cost of each order. Schedule orders for delivery based on pre-set delivery schedule. Process returns, vendor debits and direct shipments

MAINTAIN CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS Work with dealers to manage current orders. Work with Regional Sales Managers to manage all accounts

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE Provide customers, sales staff and consumers with product knowledge. Attend product trainings presented by vendors. Assist customers with product selection in showroom.

INVENTORY RESEARCH Verify stock availability for customers, sales staff and employees. Research back orders. Contact customers when back orders arrive.

ONLINE SALES Assist with online sales of resale stock.

ACCOUNTABILITY TO OTHERS : This position reports directly to a manager and receives general direction from manager. Additionally, position works directly with Regional Sales Managers and covers all three divisions.

QUALIFICATIONS : Job duties require ability to learn and use multiple custom software applications along with verbal and written communications skills at an advanced level. Two years previous on the sales / customer service experience in an office setting is necessary. This position has a high level of multitasking and organizational skills. Must be able to complete work daily.

WORKING CONDITIONS : Work is generally performed in a typical, comfortable fast paced office environment.

Client Consultant

Job Description:

Trevarrow, Inc. is seeking an experienced Client Consultant to assist customers in our Gallery of Kitchens with their selection of appliances and with various events. Must have experience in either retail or wholesale client sales. An interior design background is a plus. Specific product training will be provided. Education Requirements:

Associate degree, 5 years customer service, sales or 3 years interior design.

Additional Requirements:

Job duties require reading, mathematical, verbal and written communications skills at an advanced level. This position also requires standing for long periods of time.
