Auburn Hills, MI Gallery of Culinary Art

We are very proud of our Gallery of Culinary Art with its adjacent Culinary Training Auditorium. While two of the ten kitchen vignettes in our Gallery are live for demonstration purposes, the “room with the best view” is our Culinary Training Auditorium. It features a large, fully live kitchen outfitted with the latest in upscale cooking, refrigeration and dishwashing equipment by Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove. The auditorium itself seats 80 in comfortable leather executive chairs with ample desktop space for note taking during a cooking demonstration. A drop-down screen with cameras is available for video, PowerPoint presentations, or up-close views of live cooking demonstrations. It is a very pleasant environment for a culinary class, as well as being appropriately outfitted for a visiting chef or guest speaker. With such a nice facility, we hate to keep it to ourselves! Cleveland, OH Gallery of Culinary Art

Our Cleveland Gallery of Culinary Art offers an industrial style design space with five new kitchen vignettes to our premier facility which now features a total of eleven beautifully appointed kitchens, including three live kitchens and a culinary training auditorium. Screens and cameras are available for up-close views of live cooking demonstrations or to view PowerPoint presentations or videos. The auditorium is flexible in its arrangement, offering guests a comfortable setting to whatever works best for training, cooking demonstrations or strolling appetizer parties. For several years we have partnered with Habitat for Humanity, Oakland County, and the Women Build Organization.

Since 2014, Habitat for Humanity of Oakland County Women Build volunteers has come together annually to build or rehab a home through volunteerism, fundraising, and teamwork. Women Build strives to provide the opportunity for women to take a proactive step in serving their communities. We are proud to partner with organizations that create strong foundations in our community.
